About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed with Flowers by Kerry Mac. Nothing in them limits your statutory consumer rights.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted. Prices and delivery charges are shown before payment. We may contact you if information is incomplete, a product is unavailable or a delivery request cannot be fulfilled.
Fresh flowers and substitutions
Flowers are seasonal and natural products. Where a specific stem or container is unavailable, we may make a substitution of equal or greater value while preserving the style, colour and overall value as closely as reasonably possible.
Delivery information
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate recipient address, postcode and contact number. Local or nationwide service is decided from the delivery postcode and product eligibility. See our Delivery Policy for service areas, dates and timing.
Messages and safe content
We may decline card messages or instructions that are unlawful, abusive or unsafe. Customers must not submit confidential payment information in free-text fields.
Problems with an order
Please contact us as soon as possible if an order is damaged, faulty, missing or not as described. We may ask for photographs so that we can investigate promptly. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
