Every arrangement is made by hand in our Burnage shop from fresh, seasonal stock. Because we buy fresh each week, the exact flowers available can change.
Substitutions
If a particular flower is not available on the day, our florists will substitute it for one of equal or greater value in the same colour palette and style, so the arrangement keeps the look and feel you ordered. Where a substitution would change the arrangement noticeably, we will telephone you first.
Vases, containers, ribbons and sundries may also vary slightly from the photograph. Photographs on the website show a typical example of each size rather than the exact stems used on the day.
Freshness
Flowers are conditioned before they leave us and are usually sent in bud so they open in the recipient’s home. To get the longest life from them: trim the stems on a slant, use clean water with the flower food supplied, keep them out of direct sun and away from fruit and radiators, and change the water every two days.
