Information we collect
When you place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing details, recipient name, delivery address, card message, order notes and order history. Payment-card details are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by us in full.
Why we use it
We use personal information to take payment, prepare and deliver orders, contact you about an order, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, respond to enquiries and, where you have chosen it, send marketing. Our lawful bases include contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent where applicable.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with service providers involved in payments, website hosting, email, delivery, address services, accounting and fraud prevention. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We retain order and accounting records for the period required by tax and legal obligations. Enquiries and marketing preferences are kept only while needed for their purpose. We periodically review and securely remove information that is no longer required.
