How the service is chosen
Enter the recipient postcode before ordering. Delivery is calculated from Flowers by Kerry Mac, 5 Kingsway Buildings, Kingsway, Burnage, Greater Manchester, M19 1PH to the recipient address. The website decides whether the address qualifies for local delivery within 10 miles or nationwide delivery, subject to the selected product and variation rules.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available up to a maximum radius of 10 miles. Charges use the approved £1.60-per-mile bands and are shown before payment. The minimum local delivery charge is £2.95; the minimum is no longer applied once the calculated local fee reaches £5.
Standard bouquet delivery offers an AM or PM preference, which is not guaranteed. Guaranteed AM or PM delivery costs an additional £7.50 where available. Guaranteed timed delivery costs an additional £10 and allows an exact time request. Funeral orders may provide a required delivery time.
Nationwide delivery
Eligible bouquet variations priced at £200 or below may use Nationwide Next-Day Tracked Delivery at £14.99, scheduled for delivery before 1pm. Variations above £200 remain local delivery or collection only. Nationwide delivery is not available for funeral tributes, balloons, hatboxes, event products, unsuitable oversized designs or products marked local only. A specific delivery time cannot be selected for nationwide orders.
Same-day cut-off and closed days
Same-day local delivery is offered only when the product, postcode, capacity and cut-off shown by the website allow. Bouquet delivery is unavailable on Sunday and Monday. Funeral flowers may be available Monday to Saturday by arrangement and with adequate preparation notice. Delivery hours are 8am–5:30pm. Available dates shown at checkout depend on product, postcode, preparation time, cut-off and carrier service.
Recipient address and nobody home
Please provide a complete, accurate recipient address and contact number. The recipient address may differ from the buyer’s billing address. If nobody is available, the driver or carrier may use an agreed safe place or neighbour where appropriate, or contact the recipient/buyer to arrange collection or redelivery. Flowers will not be left where it is unsafe to do so.
Failed delivery and redelivery
An incorrect or incomplete address, no safe access, refusal of delivery or nobody being available may prevent delivery. Where a second journey or carrier redelivery is required, any additional charge and the next available date will be confirmed before redelivery. Perishable products cannot always be held indefinitely.
Delays
Severe weather, road disruption, carrier interruption and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. We will contact you when we become aware of a material problem.
